Transport and return conditions

The ordered products are delivered within 1-5 working days, from the order confirmation date. During peak shopping periods and sales periods, delivery may take longer.

Orders from Europe must be paid in advance before delivery via Bank Transfer or EuPlatesc, PayPal.

The transport is carried out to home addresses or other addresses on the territory of Europe. You can choose the delivery method that suits you best on the checkout page.
Information regarding the exercise of the right of return (withdrawal)

For standard products, you always have 30 calendar days to decide if the item is right for you. Wholesale.escent.ro guarantees that it will refund the value of any items provided that they have been kept in proper condition before return and have not been used.
The right of return for non-personalized products
According to the legal provisions in force, “the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without citing a reason, within 30 working calendar days from receiving the product”

The products that do not satisfy your requirements will be sent IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED, back to the company DUBAI SCENT S.R.L at the address – Bulevardul Dimitrie Pompeiu no. 8, Sector 2 Bucharest, Romania. at your own expense, together with the completed Return Form. If the products that reach us show broken seals or other signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse refunds.

Please inform us if you have made a return. The counter value of the returned goods will be refunded within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving this information. If we do not receive this information, the money will be returned to you within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the returned products. The form we provide is a model and is not mandatory.

Please respect the deadline for returning the goods. The value of the returned goods will be refunded by bank transfer. The new goods ordered will be shipped with cash on delivery.
Please keep the proof of shipment of the returned parcel until the end of the process of analyzing the possible complaint, and in the case of returned goods until the time of refund.
If you want to return a parcel, you must do it through a courier company, the courier fee will be returned, only under the following conditions: if the product received is degraded, has a defect or is not the product you ordered. If the product does not meet your expectations or the size is not appropriate, this fee will not be returned.

If you are thinking of returning the product, do not use it! You cannot use the products you received, before making a decision regarding the cancellation of the sales-purchase contract.
Products and orders are checked carefully before being packed and delivered, but if you notice non-conformities, you can contact us by phone or by e-mail at wholesale@escent.ro with proof of non-conformity of the product and the received invoice, and our team will fix the situation as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

The following types of products are exempt from the return procedure due to their nature:
customized products to the customer’s order that by their nature cannot be returned, products classified in O.U.G. 34/2014, art. 16/pt. a) c) f)
gift packaging products that show visible traces of use products that have been used for purposes other than those originally intended.
