1. REGISTRATION: To have access to our wholesale website you need to register an account.After we check your registration, you will be notified if your account was accepted or not.After you register your account and you are approved you need to log-in to see all the products, prices and stocks.After your account has been approved, you must navigate to your account and fill in all the necessary and mandatory data.Prices are with VAT and without VAT (It depends on whether you have a valid VAT number or NOT)
2. ORDERING: By placing an order the buyer confirms that he/she has read and accepts all the terms and conditions listed on this website.After placing the order you will receive order confirmation and INVOICE with all the details.The goods will be reserved for 15 days. If we do not receive payment from you in the 15 days limit, the goods will be returned to the sale again.Once you have placed an order you are obliged to upload to your account proof of payment.Once we receive payment from you, we will prepare goods for delivery immediately.After the order has been confirmed and sent with the DHL courier, you will find the tracking number of the respective order in your account.
3. ORDERING PROCESS: Register account (you) → Place Order (you) → Recive invoice (you) → Sending payment proof (you) → Packing (us) → Sending shipment (us) → Receiving goods (you)

DELIVERY: Each customer has the option of using their own shipper or using our own shipper, which is DHL (pallets) and PPL (parcels)The customer is not obligated to accept our offer of shipping cost and can manage their own transport, on own cost.Shipping cost will be availlable on the checkout page, after you adding the desired products in the cart.Delivery time depends on country of destination.Please note that if you decide to use your own shipper (on your own cost), we only become an intermediary. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during transit. We recommend that you have insurance for the shipments.
5. COMPLAINTS: If customer use their own transport, we will not accept any complaints for damaged boxes/goods. We always hand over the packed goods to the forwarder in perfect condition.If customer use our transport and will receive damaged boxes, you have to fill in damage report with the driver. Please do also photo/video documentation as a proof.Please take video record and photos of the unpacking of boxes. Without this video record, any claim cannot be accepted. |
